Modac Door operates on the philosophy that doing whats best for our customer comes before our bottom line. We do not have sales reps like other companies in the area who have never been in the field and their only job is to talk you into something that makes them the most money. The owners of Modac who have a combined 60 plus yrs in field experience as service technicians and installation and still work in the field. Combined with the best  technicians in the area we look at jobs and help the customer decide whats best for them. How can a slick salesman in a fancy suite with no field experience and no working knowledge of service or installation have any clue on how to best serve the customer. We do not push service contracts or preventative maintenance contracts on customers ; You know the kind where the employees of the door company sneak in and out of your facility and you have no clue what their doing if their doing anything at all . You can bet though your getting bills for the Mystery work.

Our technicians are AAADM Safety certified for Automatic Pedestrian Doors. We have a good working knowledge of All types of building systems , Card Access systems and Fire System integrations . Our technicians are highly trained and receive years of training and education before being put out into the field on their own. We also have Lead technicians who are IDEA Certified Rolling Steel Fire Door Technicians . All have a good working knowledge of ADA and NFPA 80 Fire code as they apply to doors and barriers. We have staff with 25 Plus years Welding and Fabricating Exp . All who we bring into our Family have had diverse Mechanical EXP in their previous life.
